Furnology is a growing modern furniture and interior retail brand headquartered in Bengaluru. We specialize in contemporary residential and commercial furniture solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Accounts and Finance Executive to manage our daily retail accounting, vendor billing, reconciliations, and general administrative workflows.

Job Details

- Location: Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru (On-site)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Experience Required: 1 – 4 years (Retail, trading, or e-commerce background preferred)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Day-to-Day Operations

- Manage daily accounting transactions, retail billing, petty cash, and routine journal entries.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor disbursements and customer payment follow-ups.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and inventory/stock register checks.
- Coordinate and process retail customer invoices, delivery challans, and showroom receipts.

Compliance & Reporting

- Assist with monthly GST filing prep, TDS computation, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare weekly cash flow summaries,



monthly profit & loss reports, and expense trackers for management review.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for quarterly and year-end audits.

HR, Payroll & Admin Support

- Handle monthly staff attendance tracking, salary processing, and payroll disbursements.
- Coordinate basic office/showroom administrative tasks and maintain vendor/contractor agreements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP 9) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic financial modeling). Exposure to cloud accounting/inventory tools (e.g., Zoho Books) is an advantage.
- Domain Experience: Prior experience in retail, interior decor, manufacturing, or commercial trading is preferred.
- Taxation Knowledge: Clear understanding of GST, TDS, invoice generation, and e-way billing processes.
- Communication: Fluency in English; working proficiency in Kannada or Hindi to effectively coordinate with local vendors, showroom staff, and logistics teams.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, robust integrity, and the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced retail business environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
