Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – Closing Time (typically 7:00–7:30 PM)

About the Role

Shri Paras Marbles is looking for a sharp, reliable, and commercially aware Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling billing, ledger management, receivables, payables, reconciliation, GST-related work, and accounting software with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, credit/debit notes, and supporting documents.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and regularly monitor outstanding balances.
- Handle cash and bank entries and reconciliation.
- Track receivables and payables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Verify accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain proper records for GST and other statutory requirements.
- Assist with GST reconciliation and filing-related documentation.
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, store, and management teams regarding accounts-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency




- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime OR BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and taxation basics.
- Experience with ledger management and bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ability to prepare and interpret basic accounting reports and MIS.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who:
- Can independently handle routine accounting activities.
- Takes ownership of financial records and follows tasks through to completion.
- Can identify discrepancies rather than simply entering data.
- Is comfortable following up on outstanding payments.
- Is organized, trustworthy, and deadline-oriented.
- Can communicate effectively with management, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in marble, tiles, building materials, construction, retail, trading, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate A candidate who is proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or BUSY, solid in Excel, understands GST and practical accounting, and can independently manage day-to-day accounts will be preferred. Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.
