We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, good analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.

- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Assist with preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets.

- Monitor expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation.

- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks,



vendors, and customers when required.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.

- Assist management with financial information and reports as required.

- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Previous experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
