About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of AI training and evaluation.

As a Senior Accountant Expert at Synthires, you will leverage your extensive accounting knowledge to support innovative projects focused on training next-generation AI systems. Your primary responsibility will be to review and analyze complex financial and legal documents, evaluate financial reports, and provide expert feedback to assist in dataset development for AI training purposes. No prior AI-specific experience is necessary; your professional judgment and accounting expertise are what matter most in this role.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of corporate accounting experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.



You should have a proven track record of working with complex financial scenarios, conducting audits, and developing financial models.

A solid grasp of tax regulations and legal document review is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to articulate insights clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and analytical thinking are critical to success in this role.

Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assess audit procedures, identify gaps, risks, and best practices, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Create, analyze, and validate financial models to produce logical, accurate, and actionable outputs.
- Review tax compliance practices and documentation, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
