J ob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime. The candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries in Tally / Tally Prime.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents. Maintain proper books of accounts and accounting documentation. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.





Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. Prepare monthly accounting reports and statements. Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entries. Maintain GST-related accounting records and documentation.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and customers when required. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management. Required Skills Robust working knowledge of Tally & Tally Prime.

Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping. Good knowledge of accounting principles.

Basic knowledge of GST and GST-related accounting. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of TDS is an added advantage.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle accounts independently. Qualification & Experience B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred. 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting is mandatory.

Candidates with strong practical experience in Tally Prime and day-to-day accounting will be preferred.
