We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Manager to handle client relationships, onboarding processes, and transaction management within our payment gateway operations. The role requires close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth operational flow and excellent service standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships through consistent support and communication.
- Conduct client onboarding and account setup in alignment with compliance requirements.
- Guide clients through KYC verification processes and ensure timely documentation.
- Handle live transactions and provide training on using Fly Remit’s payment systems effectively.
- Monitor transaction performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for clients on account management and system updates.
- Support event data preparation, client retention activities, and calling targets.
- Track client activity and engagement, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support the achievement of growth metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery and process efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the payment gateway or fintech sector. Sound understanding of online payment operations and transaction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other basic office tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet service quality targets under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
