JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, e-commerce transactions, marketplace reconciliations, GST, TDS/TCS, vendor ledgers, and monthly financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Book e-commerce sales, purchase and expense invoices.
- Maintain sales, purchase and expense accounts.
- Reconcile e-commerce marketplace transactions and settlements.
- Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS and TCS accounting.
- Maintain vendor and marketplace ledgers.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle returns, refunds, commissions and marketplace deductions.
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly accounting reports.
- Identify and resolve reconciliation differences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.




- 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce accounting experience.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and TCS.
- Experience with Tally or ERP accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE Experience handling accounts for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify or other e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.
