Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Officer (Sales) to join our team. The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, promoting academic programs, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and program benefits.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions.
- Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions for prospective students.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the academic team to provide accurate course and training information.
- Support admission campaigns, promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and educational events.
- Identify new student acquisition opportunities through colleges, schools, events, referrals, and local outreach.




- Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to prospective students.
- Track the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
- Prepare regular sales and admission reports for management.
- Stay updated about the academy's courses, programs, offers, and career-focused initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive student experience throughout the admission process.

Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on admission and sales targets

Preferred Experience:

0–2 years of experience in sales, education counselling, admissions, business development, or a related field. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
