Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to student leads

- Counsel students and parents on courses and career options

- Convert enquiries into successful admissions

- Perform regular follow-ups on leads via calls and messages

- Maintain lead data and admission records

- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor in an institute

- Solid communication and convincing skills

- Experience in lead conversion and admissions process

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
