We’re looking for a Programme Supervisor for the Vidya Sanskriti Project — a Sarvam Shakti Foundation × Vidya School initiative focused on the holistic development of children and empowerment of women through culture, wellness, nutrition, communication and life skills.

The Programme Supervisor will own the day-to-day success of the programme — coordinating with all teachers, overseeing children’s programmes, managing schedules and administration, tracking participation, and ensuring smooth execution across activities.

Timings: 12:30 PM–7:00 PM | 6 days a week| Phase 3 Gurgaon

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely passionate about women and child empowerment
- Has prior programme / project management experience
- Is highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills
- Is proactive, dependable and comfortable working closely with teachers, children
- Strong fluency in English
