We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of EdTech experience to join our team in Trivandrum. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, student counselling, follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
Handle queries and provide timely information to prospective students.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in EdTech / Education sales is mandatory.
Experience in Business Development, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or Admissions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
