Job Summary

Freelance Academic Content Developer with IIDE is responsible for supporting the development of high-quality academic content for IIDE's Digital Business Programs and BDB department on a project basis. You will work closely with IIDE's academic team to research topics, create and refine learning material, develop presentations and academic resources, and ensure that assigned content is accurate, engaging, practical, and aligned with program learning objectives. This prospect is suited to content professionals who can independently manage academic content projects while consistently meeting quality standards and timelines.

What You'll Do

- Academic Content Creation: Develop academic presentations, lesson content, learning notes, case studies, assignments, exercises, and assessments based on project briefs. Structure content in a clear, engaging, and learner-friendly manner. Translate complex business and digital concepts into practical learning material.

- Research Industry Relevance: Conduct research across digital business, marketing, AI, technology, entrepreneurship, and related areas. Identify relevant examples, tools, frameworks, case studies, statistics, and industry developments. Ensure academic content reflects current business practices and market trends.

- Content Review Enhancement: Review and refine existing academic content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and consistency. Incorporate feedback from IIDE's academic team and subject matter experts. Ensure assigned content meets IIDE's academic quality standards.

- Project Delivery Collaboration:



Work closely with IIDE's academic team on assigned modules and content projects. Manage deliverables independently and adhere to agreed project timelines. Communicate proactively regarding progress, feedback, and content requirements.

- Additional Duties: Support curriculum updates and new module development when required. Contribute ideas for improving academic content and learner engagement. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are

Must-Have

- Excellent research, writing, editing, and content-structuring skills.

- Strong command of written English and attention to detail.

- Ability to simplify complex subjects into structured and engaging educational content.

- Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple content deliverables.

- Understanding of business, digital marketing, technology, or related domains.

Should Have

- Prior experience in academic content development, instructional design, curriculum development, educational content, or business content writing.

- Experience creating presentations, case studies, assignments, assessments, or learning resources.

- Strong online research and information-verification skills.
