Garuda3D is an in-house 3D printer manufacturing company based in Hyderabad, specializing in FFF, pellet-based, bio, food, and custom 3D printing systems. We design, build, and deploy machines across industrial and research applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering fresher who is passionate about design, hands-on building, and 3D printing technologies.

This role is not a desk-only internship — you will work directly on real machines, assemblies,



and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and modify mechanical components using CAD software

Work on:

1. Slicing
2. 3D Printing
3. Post-processing
4. Local fabrication,
5. Machine assembly
6. Troubleshooting
7. Testing and calibration of printers
8. Assist in prototyping

Work with the team on improving existing designs and developing new systems What You’ll Work On (Real Exposure)

Industrial 3D printers (FFF, Pellet, IDEX, Food, Bio)

Mechanical system design + real-world constraints

Hands-on assembly, alignment, and troubleshooting

Interaction between mechanical, electronics, and firmware (basic level)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Prior experience with 3D printers

Stipend - Rs.10,000 / month will be provided
