Role Description The 3D Visualizer role at BMG Construction is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad City. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and visual renderings for civil and building projects, translating architectural and engineering drawings into realistic visual concepts. The 3D Visualizer will develop graphics, materials, and lighting setups to accurately represent design intent, finishes, and spatial layouts.

Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers, architects, and site engineers, revising visuals based on feedback, and preparing presentation-ready imagery and walkthroughs for clients and internal stakeholders.



The role also includes maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all visual outputs align with brand and project standards.

Qualifications

- Robust visualization skills with the ability to convert drawings and concepts into realistic 3D representations.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools used for architectural and construction visualization.
- Ability to design and adjust lighting setups to enhance realism and clarity in 3D renders.
- Solid drawing skills for understanding and interpreting architectural and civil engineering plans.
- Experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender) and rendering engines.
- Knowledge of construction and architectural terminology, materials, and building elements.
- Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
