We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Printing Post-Processing &

- Finishing Technician to join our production team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for the critical final stages of our production line—transforming raw, newly printed 3D models into clean, flawless, production-ready products. This role requires high manual dexterity, patience, and excellent hand-eye coordination.Candidates with experience in miniature painting, model scale modeling, automotive painting, or airbrushing will have a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities

- Support &
- Support Structure Removal:

Safely remove support materials from intricate, delicate, or functional 3D prints (FDM and/or SLA Resin) using workshop hand tools (flush cutters, pliers, dental picks, X-Acto knives) without damaging the part geometry.

- Surface Preparation: Perform detailed sanding (wet/dry using multiple grits), filing, scraping, and deburring to eliminate layer lines, artifacts, and support marks.

- Assembly &

- Repair:

Use engineering adhesives, epoxy resins, or plastic welding techniques to assemble multi-part prints and fix minor surface defects or print gaps.

- Model Painting &

- Finishing (High Advantage):

Apply primer coats, mask complex geometries using masking tape, and execute high-quality painting (using airbrushes, spray cans, or fine detail brushes).



Match color codes and apply final protective topcoats or varnishes.

- Quality Inspection: Visually and dimensionally inspect all finished parts against design criteria to ensure a premium surface finish before delivery.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: ITI Certification (Tool &
- Die, Machinist, Turner), Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering, or equivalent practical workshop experience. Passionate hobbyists with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in 3D print finishing, toy/prop making, jewelry finishing, sheet metal deburring, or scale modeling.

- Tool Proficiency: Expertise with basic hand tools, Dremel/rotary tools, sanders, and safety equipment (respirators and dust masks).

- Painting Expertise (Preferred): Prior experience with acrylics, enamels, spray painting, surface priming, or airbrushing is highly desired.

- Key Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, high patience for repetitive tasks, and valuable physical visual acuity.

- Lab Maintenance: Maintain a clean, dust-free finishing and painting station. Safely handle and dispose of chemicals, resins, paints, and solvents.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
