Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Graphic Designer with strong experience in POSM (Point of Sale Materials), retail branding, and product visualization. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative 3D concepts and converting brand requirements into impactful retail displays and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create 3D designs, renders, and visualisations for POSM and retail displays.
- Design standees, kiosks, display units, shelves, counter displays, danglers, wobblers, gondolas, and other promotional materials.
- Develop concepts based on brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and product requirements.
- Create realistic 3D mock-ups and presentations for client/internal approvals.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams.




- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for execution.
- Modify designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure designs are practical from a manufacturing, material, size, and cost perspective.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity across all POSM designs.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of 3D design and graphic design.
- Proficiency in 3D Max / Blender / SketchUp / KeyShot / V-Ray or similar tools.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of POSM, retail displays, branding, and print production.
- Strong visualisation, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
