Relevant Experience

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Customer Experience (CX) applications, including FSM, C4C, and SAP Hybris/eCommerce.

REQUIREMENT FOR SAP CX APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, support, and enhance SAP Customer Experience (CX) applications.
- Work on SAP CX solutions including SAP Sales Cloud/C4C, Service Cloud/C4C, Field Service Management, and SAP Hybris/eCommerce.
- Configure and support SAP CX Sales Cloud and SAP CX Service Cloud solutions.
- Work on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) processes and integrations.
- Support SAP Hybris B2B Commerce implementations and enhancements.
- Understand and support B2B eCommerce business processes and customer experience solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CX functional solutions.
- Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across SAP CX applications.
- Integrate SAP CX applications with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Support end-to-end business processes across sales, customer service, field service, and eCommerce.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, process documentation, and user guides.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and custom developments.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, Go-Live, and post-production support activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and optimize SAP CX processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with strong experience in SAP CX / SAP CRM / Customer Experience applications.




- Hands-on experience with one or more SAP CX solutions such as C4C, FSM, or Hybris.
- Experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Field Service Management.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Hybris B2B Commerce and B2B eCommerce.
- Good understanding of SAP CRM and customer-facing business processes.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, integration, or production support projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- SAP CX certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Experience across multiple SAP CX products.
- SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud experience.
- API/integration knowledge.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP CX implementation projects.
- Experience working directly with business/client stakeholders.
