What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with SOX and other control requirements. International accounting standards guide the reporting of various transactions and events in financial statements. The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls.



This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.A set of international accounting standards stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be reported in financial statements.

Roles and Responsibilities: Posting journal entries, preparing reports, Reviewing entries and reconciliationsSupporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accountingPreparing balance sheet reconciliationsPreparing cash forecasting statementsSupporting audit processesIn this role you are required to do analysis and solve moderately complex problems. Typically creates current solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. Generally, interacts with peers and or management levels at a client andor within Accenture.
