Nividous is an intelligent automation platform company working with enterprises across the US and India, in healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, BFSI and pharma. Our platform brings RPA, agentic AI and process orchestration together in one place, with governance built in. You ll be joining a marketing team working across brand, content, events and demand generation, in one of the fastest-moving categories in enterprise software. If you enjoy B2B technology brand and design work, and want the scope to build a visual system rather than follow one, this will suit you.

Responsibilities

- Social and campaign creative Design posts, carousels, banners and campaign visuals for LinkedIn and other channels. Build a reusable template system so recurring formats can be produced quickly.
- Brand system Develop and maintain brand guidelines covering typography, colour, imagery and layout, and keep everything we publish visually consistent.
- Website assets Banners, illustrations, infographics, icons and imagery for the website and landing pages.
- Event design Booth graphics, backdrops, standees and signage. Pre and post-event social creative, speaker and session graphics, and giveaway or merchandise design.
- Sales collateral Presentation templates, one-pagers,



case study layouts and product brochures, built so the team can reuse them without starting from scratch.
- Infographics and data visuals Turn research, reports and customer outcomes into visuals people actually want to look at.
- Video editing Edit product demos, customer testimonials, webinar clips and short-form social video. Scripts and raw footage are produced internally.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 1 to 3 years in graphic design, ideally in B2B or technology
- Strong with Canva, and comfortable in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Video editing experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar
- A portfolio showing range across social, collateral and presentation design
- Able to work from a brief and within a brand system without needing every detail specified
- Comfortable with AI design tools as part of the workflow
- Organised, rapid, and good with revisions
