Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.

- Supervise factory operations, including assembly line management, fabric sourcing, stitching processes, and product development.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working setting.

- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock control systems for maximum efficiency.

- Plan production and ensure achievement of daily/monthly targets.

- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, WIP, manpower utilization, and downtime.

- Optimize line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.

- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.

- Coordinate with PPC, Cutting, Quality, IE, Maintenance, Finishing, and Packing teams.

- Minimize rejection, rework, alteration, and production losses.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.

- Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, operators, and helpers.
