Roles &

Responsibilities:

Lead

and contribute hands-on to the design, development, architecture, and delivery

of web, backend, and mobile applications.

Develop

scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, databases,

REST APIs, and microservices.

Actively

participate in mobile application development, API integration, debugging,

optimization, and releases using React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android, or similar

technologies.

Own

end-to-end technical solutions covering frontend, backend, database, mobile,

integrations, and deployment.

Conduct

code reviews, enforce coding standards, design patterns, security, performance,

scalability, and maintainability.

Lead,

mentor, and technically guide developers while remaining actively involved in

coding.

Analyse

requirements, create technical solutions, estimate tasks, and ensure timely

delivery.

Troubleshoot

complex technical and production issues and drive effective long-term

solutions.

Collaborate

with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the

development lifecycle.

Work

with Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, testing, monitoring, and deployment

processes.

Continuously

evaluate technologies and improve application architecture, performance, and

development practices.





Required

Skills:

5+

years of professional software development experience, with proven experience in

a Tech Lead role.

Strong

expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and

microservices.

Good

experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or

MongoDB.

Hands-on

experience in mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, iOS,

Android, or similar technologies.

Robust

understanding of system architecture, scalable application design, design

patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.

Experience

with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, testing, deployment, and production

support.

Good

understanding of API security, authentication, performance optimization, and

application security.

Proven

ability to code hands-on while leading and mentoring a development

team.

Strong

problem-solving, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-management

skills.
