Roles & Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Course Delivery: Design, update, and deliver interactive full-stack web development training modules covering front-end, back-end, databases, and version control.
- Hands-On Mentorship: Conduct live coding sessions, workshops, and lab exercises using stacks like MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), Python Full Stack, or Java Full Stack.
- Project Guidance: Guide students through real-world capstone projects, code reviews, debugging, and industry best practices.
- Student Assessment: Design assignments, evaluate technical quizzes, conduct mock interviews, and track individual learning progress.
- Internal Platform Development: Assist in maintaining or enhancing the academy's internal learning management system (LMS) or web portal when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or relevant technical disciplines (or equivalent practical coding experience).
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js/Angular, Node.js/Python/Java, RESTful APIs,



and SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Industry Experience: Minimum 13+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or technical trainer/instructor in a coding bootcamp, college, or institute.
- Teaching & Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, patience to mentor beginners, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Postman, VS Code, and basic cloud/deployment tools (Vercel, Render, AWS).
