Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development:
Design and build visually compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.
Data Modeling:
Create scalable data models, relationships, and advanced DAX calculations (measures, calculated columns).
Paginated Reports:
Design and publish pixel-perfect paginated reports for operational and printable needs using Microsoft Power BI Report Builder.
Deployment & Lifecycle Management:
Manage the deployment process through Power BI pipelines, workspaces, and app publishing.
Security & Governance:
Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Performance Tuning:
Troubleshoot and optimize slow-running DAX queries, datasets, and report rendering times.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather requirements from business units to translate functional needs into technical BI solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience





Experience:
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Paginated Reports:
Proven track record of creating and deploying paginated reports utilizing Power BI Report Builder or SSRS.
SQL Skills:
Solid SQL proficiency for writing complex queries, views, and stored procedures.
DAX & Modeling:
Advanced knowledge of data transformation (Power Query) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
Deployment Pipelines:
Experience managing report lifecycles, version control, and workspace deployments in the Power BI Service.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and analytical skills to present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
