Role & responsibilities * Generate sales from Government Projects, Tenders, Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors.
* Identify upcoming Government & Private Projects and develop them into strong sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Government departments, project authorities, builders, architects and consultants.
* Conduct regular client/project/site visits, understand project requirements and generate enquiries/orders.
* Drive the complete sales cycle lead generation, follow-up, negotiation and order closure.
* Maintain a solid project pipeline, track competitors and ensure achievement of monthly & annual sales targets.
* Smart, confident, well-groomed and highly result-oriented candidate with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills; experience in building materials/construction/project sales preferred.
