- We are looking for an Event Operations Associate to join our events team.
- The role involves supporting event planning, logistics, venue coordination and on-ground execution.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma specifically in Event Management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in event planning and operational execution.
- Support pre-event preparation and venue setup.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with event logistics and operational requirements.
- Manage event materials and equipment.
- Support the team during live events.
- Assist with guest handling and registration.
- Ensure event areas are properly arranged.
- Assist in resolving event-day requirements.
- Support post-event activities and documentation.

Candidate Profile : -

- Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Event & Hospitality Management or related Event specialization.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Freshers with relevant educational background can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with field/on-ground event work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
