Job Summary

As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while working closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

Location - Gurgaon.

The role requires strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS, along with experience in designing scalable and high-transaction systems.

Responsibilities

1. System & Application Architecture

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
- Define end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Drive system design and make key technical decisions and trade-offs.

2. Full Stack Development

- Architect backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.
- Design scalable APIs and integrations.
- Architect modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Ensure applications are maintainable, secure, and scalable.

3. Database & Cloud

- Design and optimize databases using MongoDB and MySQL.
- Define data models, indexing, and query optimization strategies.
- Design scalable and highly available cloud solutions using AWS.

4. Performance & Scalability

- Design systems capable of handling high traffic and transaction volumes.
- Identify and resolve application, API, and database performance issues.
- Implement caching, scaling, and performance optimization strategies.

5. Technical Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews.




- Establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Lead complex technical problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, innovation, and modernization of applications.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in designing large-scale, high-traffic applications.
- Experience in e-Commerce or high-volume digital platforms will be preferred.
- Proven experience in technical architecture and engineering leadership.

Technical Skills

- Robust expertise in Node.js and NestJS.
- Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Experience designing Full Stack, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Strong understanding of System Design and API Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, caching, scalability, and security.
