Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation / Billing Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity surveying, billing, and project cost management. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, BOQs, client bills, subcontractor bills, and monitoring project costs.

Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Client Bills, Subcontractor Bills, and Final Bills.
- Measure quantities from drawings, site measurements, and project specifications.
- Check and verify work quantities executed at site.
- Prepare rate analysis and material/labour cost calculations.
- Coordinate with the Project, Site, Purchase, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare tender estimates, quotations, comparative statements, and cost proposals.
- Track project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Identify variations, extra items, and deviation works and prepare necessary documentation.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills with site measurements and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, work orders, and project cost data.
- Assist in cost control and project financial monitoring.




- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors regarding billing and estimation matters.
- Ensure all billing and estimation work is completed accurately and within timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Estimation, Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Rate Analysis.
- Valuable understanding of construction/interior project drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of civil/interior/electrical project estimation and billing will be preferred.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Estimation & Billing.
- Experience in Interior, Civil, Electrical, or MEP projects will be preferred.
