Experience: 1-3 Years (Jewellery/Retail Industry Preferred)
Location: Malabar Group Headquarters, Calicut
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues through phone, mail or remote support.
- Support POS systems, billing software, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and customer display units.
- Ensure smooth functioning of jewellery retail applications
- Coordinate with store teams during business hours to minimize downtime
