Job Description

We are seeking two (02) dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Officers to join our team at a sterile injectable manufacturing plant. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical dispatch operations, preferably in a regulated environment.

- Oversee and manage the dispatch of sterile injectable products to distributors, hospitals, and clients. Ensure all dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, batch release certificates, etc.) is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Verify product labels, packaging integrity, and temperature conditions before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and update ERP or inventory systems as required.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP,



and all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical dispatch.
- Liaise with transporters and logistic service providers to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays.
- Handle any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies proactively and report them to supervisors.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch/logistics
- Preferably in a sterile pharmaceutical or injectable manufacturing plant
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel ERP systems etc.)
- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.
