- Manage BIM models from design to construction, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in MEP coordination or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP software for creating detailed building information models (BIM).
- Solid understanding of Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
- Excellent client management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
