Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within financial services, investment management, banking, capital markets, or another complex enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
- Solid development experience with Java.
- Full-stack development experience with modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of APIs, application integrations, distributed systems, and data-driven applications.
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.




- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade software.

Nice to Have

- Experience or strong interest in financial markets, investment management, asset management, or capital markets workflows.
- Exposure to front-office or investment technology platforms.
- Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies.
- Exposure to AI-powered applications, LLMs, agentic frameworks, or GenAI solutions.
- Experience working within large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise environments
