Responsibilities

- Creative Development: Conceptualize and execute a wide range of graphic assets, including digital marketing ads, web pages, landing page graphics, emailers, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, product, communications, and branding to research, develop, and implement design ideas that enhance performance, brand identity, and content marketing efforts.
- Design Consistency: Build, maintain, and refine a comprehensive design style guide to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Team Development: Mentor and train existing team members, helping elevate the teams overall design capabilities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, and actively share current skills and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualities and Skills

- Portfolio Excellence: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and design expertise.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, UI Designer,



or in a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar.
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of contemporary design elements, typography, design techniques, and aesthetics.
- Education: A Bachelor s Degree in Applied Arts, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a small team effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong listening, comprehension, and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
