Location: Bangalore - Residency Road

Reporting To: Assistant Manager Finance

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 6:30 pm)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Finance Executive to support the Finance & Accounts function. The role will be responsible for independently handling assigned accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounts Receivable & Payable

- Independently manage assigned accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Track customer/vendor outstanding balances and follow up on pending items.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting entries.
- Ensure timely recording and processing of receivables and payables.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Perform regular reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.

2. Bank & Account Reconciliation

• Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for missing or incorrect transaction details.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance and accounting requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, banks,



auditors, and other external stakeholders for routine financial matters.
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, receipts, and clarifications.
- Resolve day-to-day accounting-related queries within the assigned scope.

4. Documentation & MIS Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, outstanding reports, reconciliation statements, and other finance reports as required.
- Provide relevant financial information and reports to the Assistant Manager Finance.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of finance-related documents.

5. Compliance & Internal Controls

- Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting principles and company procedures.
- Support the Finance Manager in maintaining effective internal controls.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization for financial transactions.

6. Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reduce manual errors.
- Support implementation of finance-related systems and process improvements.
- Maintain process discipline and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Share process knowledge and support team members when required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.




- 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation and MIS reporting.

- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure will be an added advantage.
- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
