Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow HRSD professionals to be part of large-scale HR transformation programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting HR Service Delivery solutions while enabling contemporary employee experiences on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Implement HR Case Management and Employee Center capabilities.
- Configure Lifecycle Events and Employee Journey solutions.
- Develop integrations with enterprise HR applications.




- Create and maintain workflows using Flow Designer.
- Build and customize portals and self-service experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and support activities.
