Job Title: Junior Analyst- AR Caller (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

- Follow up on insurance claims and resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
- Review EOBs, ERAs, and patient account details to identify and address claim issues.
- Ensure timely claim resolution through effective payer follow-up and documentation.
- Track and manage accounts requiring future follow-up.

Requirements:

- Freshers with strong communication skills.
- Must be a graduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma,MCA, and MBA graduates are not eligible).
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement.
- Willing to join immediately.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
