Job Summary

Role: Senior Solution Architect Experience: 15-20 Years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the assessment, architecture design, and migration planning for enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for evaluating existing infrastructure and applications, defining migration strategies and providing technical leadership across architecture, application modernization, cloud migration, delivery governance and engineering best practices. The Senior Solution Architect will work closely with customer stakeholders, onsite SMEs, architects and development teams to define modernization strategies, resolve technical challenges and ensure successful delivery using Agile and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership: Define solution architecture, modernization approach and technical roadmap Provide architecture governance across multiple modernization PODs Review technical designs and implementation approaches prepared by POD teams Ensure consistency, scalability, maintainability & security across modernization initiatives
- Legacy Modernization Strategy: Lead technical assessment and reverse engineering of legacy enterprise applications Define Application, framework, database and infrastructure modernization strategies Identify modernization patterns, reusable approaches and migration accelerators Review technical risks, dependencies and mitigation plans Drive cloud migration readiness and modernization best practices
- Technical Governance: Review architecture, code quality and technical deliverables across PODs Support technical estimations,



planning and delivery governance Resolve complex technical issues and architectural challenges Ensure adherence to engineering standards and customer requirements
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, application, Testing and DevOps domains Act as the primary technical interface between customer, onsite and offshore teams Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops and solution discussions Present architecture, modernization strategy, technical findings and recommendations
- Bilingual Skills: English communication required; Japanese language is must Experience working with Japanese customers and Global Delivery Models
- Delivery Excellence: Guide POD teams during design, development, testing and deployment Review modernization progress and technical milestones Promote engineering best practices, AI-assisted engineering and continuous improvement Mentor Application Architects and Lead Developers
