• High Severity Incident Troubleshooting & RCA
• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• IBM PMR handling/escalation
• SSL, Authentication & Authorization
• Production / 24x7 support experience

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure high availability of middleware infrastructure
• Handle incident, problem and change management
• Troubleshoot critical/high-severity MQ/IIB issues
• Coordinate with application and customer teams
• Prepare RCA, SOPs and technical documentation
• Handle technical escalations and incident closure
• Ensure compliance with SLA/SOW requirements
