Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Remedy ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues through effective escalation processes.
- Develop custom filters and workflows using BMC Remedy Studio to improve incident management efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance on CMDB best practices for accurate asset tracking.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM.
- Robust understanding of AR System (Asset Register) concepts and its integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in developing complex filters and workflows using BMC Remedy Studio.
- Experience working with escalations process design, implementation, and maintenance.
