This role is responsible for driving Prime Home Loan business through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels in the Mumbai market. The candidate will manage sales achievement, relationship development, and operational compliance while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Drive home loan sales by managing and expanding relationships with DSAs in the Mumbai market.
2. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Prime Home Loan products through effective pipeline management.
3. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth file processing and timely disbursements.
4. Market Intelligence: Identify current business opportunities by understanding local market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications, KYC documents, and processes adhere to Yes Bank compliance and audit guidelines.
