Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Ownership: Deliver projects aligned to scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
- Customer Leadership: Act as the primary customer interface; manage expectations, drive governance, and resolve escalations decisively.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead global teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site Services.
- Planning & Control: Develop integrated project plans; track progress, manage deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Financial Accountability: Own budgets, forecasting (EAC/ETC), cash flow, and gross margin performance.
- Commercial Management: Handle contract execution, change orders, claims, and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and mitigate risks while driving cost, schedule, and value optimization.
- Supplier Management: Ensure supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery amid external challenges.
- Governance & Compliance: Adhere to PMO standards, industry codes (API, ASME, ISO), and HSE policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to PMO maturity, digital adoption, and productivity enhancements.





Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, or related)
- 8-12 years of industry experience (Oil & Gas / Process / EPC workplace)
- 5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in complex system projects
- PMP / PRINCE2 (or equivalent) - mandatory
- Strong expertise in project planning tools (MS Project or equivalent)

Preferred

- Experience with metering systems, analyzers, skids, piping & structural packages
- Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards
- MBA in Operations / Project Management
- Experience in global project execution environments
