Job Summary :-

We are seeking Medical Sales Representatives / Product Sales Specialists for our Pediatric Division in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Ballari. The role involves promoting pediatric products to healthcare professionals, managing assigned territories, building strong doctor relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Role & responsibilities :

- Promote and detail pediatric products to Pediatricians, Doctors, Hospitals and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical information.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and maintain a structured daily call plan.
- Organize and participate in doctor meetings, CME programs,



product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and territory performance.
- Ensure timely submission of daily reports, tour plans, expense statements, and other required reports.
- Coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure product availability and smooth sales operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate in B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBA / B.Com / Life Sciences / Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- 1- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/medical representative roles preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market and doctor network will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Pediatrics, General Physician, Dermatology segments can be preferred.
