Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in and support customer audits.
- Conduct QMS, Product, and Process Audits.
- Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Prepare and submit 8D reports within customer-defined timelines.
- Analyze warranty-returned parts and identify root causes.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Technical Skills Required

- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic GD&T.;
- Knowledge of measurement instruments and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans,



and 8D methodology.
- Experience in Foundry, Machining, or Press Parts manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Software Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory).
