About the Role

Probity Logistics Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Management Trainee. This cross-functional role is designed to bridge our accounting, human resources, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data management, and the ability to ensure our internal processes run seamlessly and remain fully compliant with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Audit, Compliance & Statutory Operations

- Manage and coordinate company-wide audit and compliance operations, ensuring readiness for internal and external reviews.
- Oversee Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) compliance, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to statutory limits.
- Monitor and implement updates regarding the latest labour regulations to ensure company policies remain fully compliant.

Finance & Accounting Collaboration

- Manage end-to-end sales and purchase invoicing processes with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting department to guarantee timely data filing,



accurate record-keeping, and smooth execution of financial audits.

HR & Payroll Coordination

- Work in tandem with the HR department to streamline payroll processing.
- Manage and verify salary data, ensuring that attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions are accurately reflected in the final payroll.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and handling large datasets).
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliances (PF/ESIC), and basic accounting principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, solid communication skills, and a highly organized approach to documentation.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with 12 years of experience in finance, HR, or compliance roles.
