About the Company
PReJHA Foundation is a Non-Profit Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 — a joint social enterprise between the PanIIT Alumni Reach for India Foundation and the Department of Welfare, Government of Jharkhand. The Foundation runs skill-development and livelihood-enhancement programs for marginalized communities, including Scheduled Tribes (ST), Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG), and Scheduled Castes (SC), across Jharkhand.
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations across our Head Office and District Training Centers. The role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment — job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Manage onboarding and induction formalities for new employees, including documentation and joining kits.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience/relieving letters.
- Maintain and update employee records — personal files, attendance, leave, and HRMS data.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable labour law requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs — attendance, leave, reimbursements — with the Finance/Payroll team.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication.
- Assist in performance appraisal documentation and HR audits.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, filing, and correspondence.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication (Hindi proficiency essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS/HRIS tools.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in HR administration or a generalist role.
- Prior experience with HRMS/HRIS tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to district training centers.
