Position: International Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts, as per process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through voice support.
- Provide professional and effective customer service.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.




- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Achieve defined productivity and quality targets.
- Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Graduates and eligible undergraduates can apply, depending on the process.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
