Job Description Tender Engineer (Civil)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.

Perform detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying (QS) for civil projects.

Prepare BOQs, cost sheets, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations and finalize pricing.

Review tender documents, identify project risks, and ensure timely bid submissions.

Support pre-bid activities and maintain accurate estimation records.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

58 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.

Robust understanding of BOQ preparation, project costing, and contract documentation.

Experience working on private sector and MNC projects is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/QS software.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
