Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales team to achieve revenue targets by identifying current business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations) to develop solutions for complex customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of control valves, pneumatic systems, solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinders, and other related products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- 3-20 years of experience in Pneumatics Sales
- Strong understanding of control valves, pneumatic system design principles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
