Job Title: Production and Manufacturing Analyst

Job Location: Kanpur

Business Unit: Soap & Detergent Business

Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze production costs, material usage, labor efficiency, and overheads to identify cost saving opportunities.

• Develop and maintain standard costing models and variance analysis reports.

• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.

• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.

• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities related to manufacturing costs.

• Conduct profitability analysis for products, processes, and production lines.





• Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for manufacturing investments.

• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management on production and cost metrics.

Qualification:

• Qualified ICWA/CMA or CA with 2+ years post qualification experience in cost analysis in large-size manufacturing setting.

• Semi Qualified CA with 7+ years will also be considered.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
