Job Description:

The Finance Analyst will support core business finance activities, including accrual management, financial

reporting, expense analysis, budgeting, forecasting, invoice queries, and purchase-order creation and

submission, PPT preparation and presentation of Finance Data to Leadership team.

The role requires a strong understanding of the Expenses part - profit and loss (P&L;) statements and the ability

to convert financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for stakeholders.

Eligibility & Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accruals, finance management, financial reporting,

budgeting, forecasting, or a similar finance role.

• Sound understanding of P&L; statements, expense categories, financial controls, and month-end

finance activities.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to create, professional PowerPoint presentations.

• Experience in invoice management and coordination with Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience creating purchase orders in Ariba is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly accruals with appropriate supporting documentation and follow-

up.





• Track expenses and perform detailed analysis of actuals against forecast and budget.

• Identify key variance drivers and provide concise, fact-based commentary and callouts to Leaders.

• Support preparation of periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and basic financial plans using historical

trends and business inputs.

• Contribute to process standardization, documentation, controls, and continuous improvement across

finance operations.

Essential Skills:

• Accrual accounting and month-end financial management

• P&L; understanding and expense management

• Actuals vs. forecast and actuals vs. budget variance analysis + Callouts

• Basic budget preparation and forecast support

• Invoice submission and Accounts Payable coordination

• Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting

• Microsoft PowerPoint for clear and professional business presentations

• Robust analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and timely follow-through

• Effective written and verbal communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders
