- Design and develop custom copilots using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
- Integrate Azure OpenAI (LLMs) and build RAG-based solutions using enterprise data
- Develop copilots for functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR
- Build integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Power Platform
- Automate workflows using Power Automate and AI-driven agents
- Ensure data security, governance (RBAC), and compliance in AI solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases
